I put Dettol near my eyes and got a black mark. How do I remove it?

I fell down the stairs and suffered a cut near my eyes. As a first aid measure, I applied Dettol and this burnt the sensitive skin. I now have an ugly black mark near the eye. I want to know if its removable and if yes then how to go about removing it.

If its a burn I would see a doctor. But dead skin usually peels of allowing the new. good luck. :-)

Give some time to get rid of it itself. Don't apply anything just leave it.
